My Reflective Journal: Oct. 17
On Sept. 10, I performed 34 curl-ups, 28 push-ups, and 96 step-ups with a 150bpm heartrate. However, on my Oct. 2, I increased my push-ups to 31, increased my curl-ups to 37, and step-ups to 98 with a heartrate that lowered to 120bpm.
I improved on all three tests. I believe this is because I pushed myself everyday in class. I also pushed myself in band practice when we had to do physical activities. On days I felt like the weather was nice, I get additional exercise by walking to my grandmother's house by Snowden.
I tried my best because by the end of the year, I want to be able to show how I've improved my personal fitness. To improve further, I have to make sure I keep pushing myself and properly raise my workout intensity so I can progress with minimum chance of injury.
